Fractal Memory is a Chrome extension developed and operated by ENTRUST AI (entrustai.co). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using Fractal Memory, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data We Collect
- Email address and user ID, collected at sign-in via WorkOS OAuth
- AI conversation content, read temporarily from the active tab solely to generate your session continuity document
- Generated session state documents, stored locally in your browser and synced to our secure cloud database
- Compression level preferences and Memory Anchors, stored locally and synced to the cloud
- Workstream names and structure, stored locally and synced to the cloud
- Billing information, handled exclusively by Stripe — ENTRUST AI does not store payment card data
3. How We Use Your Data
All data is used exclusively to provide the Fractal Memory session continuity service. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party outside of the following approved service providers:
- Anthropic — AI generation of session continuity documents
- Supabase — secure cloud storage of user data
- WorkOS — user authentication
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
Conversation content transmitted to Anthropic is used solely to fulfill your generation request and is not retained by ENTRUST AI.
4. Data Storage & Security
Account and session data is stored securely via Supabase with encryption at rest. Local data is stored in your browser's local storage and never transmitted except as required to fulfill the service. We apply industry-standard security practices across all infrastructure.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@entrustai.co. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Fractal Memory is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Fractal Memory after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
